Dan December 23, 2016 Reply At step 6 it would not offer to install so I jumped to 10. Please do this if you are running Intel RSY… it works! been to a ton of other web pages including microsoft solutions and this (Solution 1) was the only one that worked - following clean re-install of Windows 7.

I noticed that there is no "windows update" listed when i carried out the step 1 of solution 2 by opening the services(local) window. 'windows time' is listed followed by 'WinHTTP Windows 7 Won't Update Thank you so much! Perform a Clean Boot Run msconfig.exe and choose "Selective startup", making sure that "Load system services" is checked and "Load startup items" is not checked.
