sorry, wrong response. i dont know if they are the root cause, but it does look like there is some connection with at least one of them. Not sure if this is just me imagining things or for whatever reason it decided not to save a report for the second scan? And then, on the computer I'm sitting at now, a Windows XP SP3, running IE8, when IE is first opened, TWO separate versions of iexplore.exe show up in Task Manager..
