You have a lot of programs you are running there, but shouldn't make things run that slow. When ever I delete this file, it reappears seconds later. I had him install Symantec Endpoint Protection v11 and it didn't detect anything. I already deleted three entries for Popuppers using HiJackThis and deleted Buddy.exe from my Windows folder, thinking that would solve the problem, but the matter is more complicated than I expected.
