This can help to ease the uptight CPU usage. That brings the Explorer.exe back to normal and LOWERS the DirectX -number in the Registry. Explorer.exe is a COMPONENT of the Internet Explorer, so try to go back to IE that is embedded in Windows Vista/7/8. Don't worry about the video right now. I deleted all the videos by using cmd since I was unable to delete them normally. You can also get info on memory usage and addresses, what environmental variables it uses and their paths, statistics on usage and many more just from the properties. LOW space memory!
